Bespoke commissioning FAQs

Bring your idea, even if it is still rough. A first conversation gives it a useful shape.

Begin your custom journey
How involved will I be in the design process?

You'll be consulted at every stage, with opportunities to approve the dial, hands, case details and engraving before final assembly.

Can I commission a watch remotely?

Yes. Consultations can take place by phone or video, with drawings, measurements and material samples shared digitally where appropriate.

What if I change my mind during the process?

Review points are built into each stage. We confirm the design before the next piece of work begins, so changes are discussed early.

How is the final watch presented?

Your watch arrives in a presentation box with its documentation, care instructions and a clear outline of the servicing plan.

Every watch is a promise kept.

Build something made for daily wear, long-term service and the person who will inherit it.
