"The dial still looks exactly as I remember it, only now the watch runs every morning." — Lloyd B.

A skeletonised dress watch for a London wedding

Hand-finished bridges, a personalised engraved rotor and a slim case came together through four design reviews.

Delivered six days before the ceremony.

"The design meetings made the watch feel personal long before I wore it." — Gurprit B.

A 1960s Swiss chronograph after water ingress

Each wheel and pivot was inspected, worn parts were replaced and the case seals were renewed before final regulation.

Accuracy restored to ±3 seconds per day.

"The condition report gave me confidence at every stage." — Primal F.
